Experience
Mostly petrochemical, offshore/onshore UK, Middle East, Myanmar, Nigeria, Gulf of Mexico, Rotterdam, and South Korea. Various inspection work carried out from Structural surveys, corrosion monitoring,Guaging work on tankers, and construction work.
I have experience working as offshore coordinator as well as in a supervisory role.
Also some inspection experience with castings.
At present working offshore as; Senior NDT Inspector/Access Team Leader
Employed to supervise the weld repairs in the ballast tanks of the Schiehallion Floating Production Facility for BP.
Duties include; organisation of manpower (welders, platers and riggers), ensure procedures are being adhered to, correct consumables were being used and stored correctly, checking and recording of fit up, all NDT requirements to AWS D1.1 Specification and completion / compilation of client certification packs.
