NVI: Currently the site API for a chemical manufacturing facility in the U.S.
Duties include:
Provision of technical recommendations to clientele in accordance with applicable codes and standards for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of piping, pressure vessels, and storage tanks;
Performance of internal and external API 653, API 570, API 510, and CWI visual inspections;
Preparation and review of formal inspection and NDE reports;
Performance of level II radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and ultrasonic thickness testing;
Radiographic film interpretation and grading to applicable codes and standards

ATS: CWI/API Inspector
Duties included:
Performance of quality control and quality assurance duties as a subcontracted CWI for pressure vessel, piping, storage tank, and structural construction projects;
Performance of internal and external API 653, API 570, API 510, and CWI visual inspections;
Planning, coordination, and shift supervision of NDE and inspections for turnarounds
