Electromarking is a marking method based on an electro chemical process, one that puts permanent marks on conductive metal surfaces. The image created on a stencil is transferred to an electrically conductive surface by the action of electrolyte and electricity. In some ways electromarking is a simplified application of the theory of electroplating.
